Pt-Ni/Nafion材料的制备及电致动性能研究

         

摘要

IPMC intelligent materials can generate large deformation and tensile force at low voltage, and hence they could serve as actuators. To reduce the production cost, the chemical reduction method was used to synthesize Pt-Ni/Nafion double-metallic-layer ionomer composite, and a complete set of fabrication procedures were determined. The actuating properties of Pt-Ni/Nafion under different driving voltages were also studied. The result snowed that the deformation of IPMC membrane increases with increasing DC voltage, and the maximum deflection angle can reach up to 47°;deformatin of IPMC membrane is proportional to the amplitude but inversely proportional to the frequency of the AC driving voltage%IPMC智能材料具有在低电压下产生较大形变和张力的特点,可作为新型的致动器.为了降低制备成本,采用渗透还原法制备了Pt-Ni/Nafion双金属层离子聚合物复合材料,确定了一套完整的制备工艺,测试了Pt-Ni/Nafion材料在不同驱动电压下的致动特性.结果表明,IPMC膜的形变随着直流电压的增大而增大,与初始位置的最大偏转角为47°;IPMC膜在正弦交流电压驱动下,形变随着电压幅值增大而增大,随着电压频率的增大而减小,并且电压输入与位移输出具有线性关系.
