LiFePO4 is attracted enormous research interest for its lower cost, high stability, safety and non-toxicity. The extensive use of LiFePO4 is limited by poor electronic conductivity, low Li-ion diffusion coefficient, poor low temperature electrochemical performance and low tap density of LiFePO4. The development on solving these problems above recent years is summered, including coated and doped by conductive agent, particle shape and size control, particle nanocrystallization, atom doping and oxide modified or coated LiFePO4, and so on. Finally; the prospect of LiFePO4 studies and applications are presented.%LiFePO4因具有价格低廉、性能稳定、安全和无毒等优点而备受关注.但LiFePO4电子电导率低、锂离子扩散系数小、低温性能差及振实密度低等缺点限制了其大规模应用.综述了近几年国内外在解决上述问题中的研究进展,包括导电剂包覆与掺杂、控制颗粒形状与粒度、颗粒纳米化、原子掺杂等方法,并展望了LiFePO4正极材料的研究方向和应用前景.
