水泥基材料对铬污染土壤的固化/稳定化研究

         

摘要

Effect of Solidification/stabilization(S/S) of the chromium contaminated soil with FeCl2 and cement clinker was investigated by determinating the leaching concentration of Cr and unconfined compressive strength of the soil. The results show that: the clinker hydration products parcel and adhere to the soil particles, fill pore and ion permeating channel of the soil. On other hand, FeCl2 has favorite reducibility under alkaline condition of the soil. With the interaction of the clinker and FeCl2, the soil gain higher strength and lower Cr(VI) leaching concentratioa So the Portland cement clinker compositing FeCl2 is a kind of favorite S/S materials to disposing the chromium contaminated soil.%通过毒性浸出和无侧限抗压强度实验研究单掺硅酸盐水泥熟料、FeCl2以及复掺硅酸盐水泥熟料与FeCl2对铬污染土壤的固化/稳定化效果及作用机制.结果表明,熟料水化产物包裹和连接土壤颗粒,填充孔隙和离子渗出通道,而FeCl2在碱性条件下仍具有良好的还原性,两者共同作用,使土壤获得较高的强度,同时降低Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出浓度.硅酸盐水泥熟料复合FeCl2是一种良好的铬污染土壤专用固化/稳定化材料.
