Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)/polyacrylonirtile(PAN) composite fibers were prepared by dry-jet wet spinning, and the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the composite fibers were studied. The results reveal that using air-draw new process, the mechanical properties of PAN fibers were improved remarkably after the introduction of a small amount of MWNTs. MWNTs are liable to orientate under drawing. The strong interactions between MWNTs and PAN chains induce a part of PAN chains, which interact with MWNTs, to orientate and crystallize, thus the crystallinity, orientation and the mechanical properties of the composite fibers are improved.%采用干湿法纺丝工艺制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)增强的聚丙烯腈(PAN)复合纤维,表征了复合纤维的动静态力学性能.
