Amphiphilic polymer has unique pH-temperature response, self-assembly and other features. Using these unique properties, combining amphiphilic polymers with carbon nanotubes, the amphiphilic polymer/carbon nanotube composites have great prospects. Three preparation methods for amphiphilic polymer/carbon nanotube composites have been emphasized, including atom transfer radical polymerization, reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization and nilroxide radical polymerization.
