Zn/TiO2纳米管复合电极光电化学性能研究

         

摘要

TiO2 nsno-tube arrays(TNTs) loaded with Zn nano-particles was prepared by chronoamperometry, and characterized by means of SEM and XRD. The carrier concentrations and the flat band potential of the composite electrodes were studied by Mott-Schottky method. The results show that the flat band potential of TiO2 nano-tube arrays shifts negatively after being loaded with Zn nano-particles, and appropriate amount of Zn-ioaded can make the carrier concentration increase. The photocurrent response of Zn loaded TNTs under the radiation of 160W mercury lamp shows that the photocurrent of Zn loaded TNTs is larger than that of unloaded TNTs.%利用计时电流法制备了纳米金属Zn/TiO2纳米管 (Zn/TNT) 复合电极,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对纳米管形貌和结构进行了表征,通过Mott-Schottky分析法研究了复合电极的载流子浓度与平带电势的变化.结果表明,Zn负载促使纳米管平带电势负移,适量Zn沉积可以提高载流子浓度,而在160W高压汞灯光照条件下,Zn/TNT光电流响应亦明显优于TNT.
