砂浆力学性能与其断口分形维数关系的研究

         

摘要

The compressive strength in three kinds of different curing period of building functions mortar which was mixed by four kinds of different proportions was analyzed. The relationship of surface fractal dimension and compressive strength was characterized based on projective covering method. The results show that different proportions of rock zeolite powder and different curing period both will affect the compressive strength of mortar, the optimal proportion and the optimal curing period of mortar are obtained by the resu the surface fractal dimensions of mortar are 2. 7~3, the correlation coefficients are greater than 9, there is a positive correlation between compressive strength and fractal dimension, which verifies the feasibility of fractal theory in analysis of mechanical properties of mortar.%对4种不同配比、3种不同养护期的砂浆的抗压性能差异性进行了检测;用投影覆盖法编程计算了砂浆断面的表面分形维数,并考察了它与抗压强度之间的关系.结果表明,不同的配比、不同的养护期均会对砂浆的抗压强度产生影响,由实验结果分析得出最优配比和最优养护期;砂浆断口的分形维数介于2.7~3,相关系数均大于0.9,分形维数与抗压强度呈正相关关系,验证了用分形理论分析建筑砂浆力学性能的可行性.
