Three different solutions Fe2+ ,Fe3+ and the mixture of them were used for magnetic modification on the surface of T-ZnO. The samples prepared by three methods were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDX. The results show that Fe contents on the surface of each sample are 1. 89wt%. 3. 76wt% and 2. 77wt%. Using TEOS to function with T-ZnO first, the amount of Fe covered on surface of T-ZnO is raised to 12. 73wt%.%采用化学沉淀法,分别使用亚铁溶液、高铁溶液以及两者的混合溶液对T-ZnO进行表面改性,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)比较了不同改性结果的表面覆盖情况以及EDX测试元素含量.其表面Fe附着量(质量分数)分别为1.89%、3.76%、2.77%.采用TEOS在T-ZnO表面预涂覆SiO2层,将表面Fe的吸附量提高了3倍左右,达到12.73%.
