固硫灰渣中游离氧化钙测试方法的影响因素研究

         

摘要

Some free calcium oxide in CFBC ash/slag is encapsulated by anhydrite in CFBC ash/slag, that brings on a negative impact on truly determining the content of free calcium oxidein in CFBC ash/slag. Being based on special forms of free calcium oxide in CFBC ash/slag and the existing test methods, the influencing factors of two existing test methods were studied. The results show that the fineness of ash/slag, agitating time and the content of solvent have significant impact on the test results. The ash/slag should get through the 0. 045mm square hole sieve. The agitating time of ethylene glycol method and glycerine-ethanol method must be more than 20min and 10min, respectively. The contents of glycol and glycerine must be more than 30mL and 40mL, respectively.%研究表明循环流化床固硫灰渣中部分游离氧化钙是被石膏包裹的,这对准确测定灰渣中的游离氧化钙含量带来不利影响.本实验针对固硫灰渣中游离氧化钙特有的存在形态,在现有的测试游离氧化钙的基础上对现有两种测试方法的影响因素进行了研究.结果表明,灰渣的细度、搅拌时间和溶剂的用量对测试结果有显著影响;测定固硫灰渣中游离氧化钙时样品细度应满足全部通过0.045rnm方孔筛、采用乙二醇法和甘油-乙醇法时搅拌时间分别不少于20min和10min及乙二醇和甘油用量分别不少于30mL和40mL.
