According to the state of service life prediction models of structural concrete, the development of the service life prediction models of structural concrete is introduced through three aspects which are based on the carbonization theory models, chloride diffusion models and damage theories models. Service life prediction should concern of the history and effect of restoration as the structural concrete would be repaired more or less during the serviceable life.%纵观当前混凝土结构使用寿命预测模型的研究,分别从基于碳化的寿命预测模型、基于氯离子扩散导致钢筋锈蚀的寿命预测模型及基于混凝土损伤的寿命预测模型3方面介绍了该领域的研究进展,提出在实际使用期内,结构往往要经历小修、中修或大修使得结构可靠度相应提高或结构劣化速度减缓,因此建筑结构的寿命预测还应考虑维修历史和效果.
