在简要叙述太阳光热转换吸收薄膜原理以及当前常用的电镀法和物理气相沉积法制备技术的基础上,着重阐述了作为湿化学技术的溶胶-凝胶法制备太阳光热转换吸收薄膜的进展,结合当前获得的以溶胶-凝胶法分别在甲醇和乙醇中制备Ni-Al_2O_3金属陶瓷薄膜的2个例子,讨论了溶胶-凝胶法需要注意的几个问题,提出了发展水基溶胶-凝胶法的方向.%On the basis of the brief description about the principle of solar thermal absorbing films and the gene-ral preparation techniques of electroplating and physical vapor deposition, the present development of investigation on the solar thermal absorbing films prepared by sol-gel method is specially reviewed. Combining the bare two cases at present preparing Ni-Al_2O_3 films in methanol and ethanol, respectively, using sol-gel method, some questions on the sol-gel preparation are discussed and the development about the preparation using water as solvent is pointed out.
