化学还原法制备微纳米银粉

         

摘要

Micro-nano-size silver powder with good dispersibility was prepared using PVA as dispersing agent, NaBH4 as reducing agent and silver nitrate as precursor by liquid phase reducing method. The effects of the concentration of silver ion and reducing agent, the dosage of dispersing agent and the reacting temperature on the quality of silver powder were studied. The size and dispersibility of silver powder can be controlled by changing these factors. X-ray diffraction, SEM and UV-Vis were employed to characterize the crystal structure, surface morphology and optical properties of the silver particles. The results show that, the spherical silver powder with high purity and better dispersibility can be obtained under the condition that the concentration of silver ion is 0.2 mol/L, NaBH4 is 0.2 mol/L, the mass ratio of PVA and AgNO3 is 0.6 and the reacting temperature is 40℃. The average size of silver powder particles is about 120 nm.%采用液相化学还原法,以PVA(聚乙烯醇)作分散剂,硼氢化钠作还原剂,硝酸银为前驱体,制备分散性相对较好的微纳米级银粉。探究银离子浓度、还原剂浓度、分散剂用量和反应温度等因素对银粉品质的影响规律,通过调节上述因素对银粉粒径和分散性进行调控。并运用 XRD(X 射线衍射仪)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和UV-Vis(紫外可见分光广度计)对银颗粒的晶体物相结构、表面形貌和光学特性进行表征。结果表明,当反应温度为40℃、银离子浓度为0.2 mol/L、硼氢化钠浓度为0.2 mol/L、硝酸银与PVA质量比为0.6时,可以制备出分散性良好、纯度较高的银粉,银粒子平均粒径在120 nm左右。
