锂硼合金与气体的相互作用

         

摘要

The variation of atmospheric pressure with temperature was measured in the range of room temperature to 600℃ to study the gas absorbing and releasing characteristics of Li-B alloy in Ar, H2, N2 and vacuum atmosphere, respectively. X-ray deflection (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to analyze the phase composition and the change of the surface morphology of the Li-B alloy. The results show that, Li-B alloy releases gas in the temperature range of 250~350 ℃and absorbs hydrogen, nitrogen and water vapour quickly beyond 450 ℃. The sorption capacity in hydrogen, nitrogen and water vapour of Li-B alloy is related to the solution ability of N2, H2 in lithium. Loose LiH and dense mineral Li3N grains are respectively found on the surfaces of the alloys heated in hydrogen or nitrogen atmosphere.%  通过测定气压随温度的变化,研究从室温至600℃温度范围内锂硼合金在氩气、氢气、氮气气氛及真空环境中与气体的相互作用。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究不同环境中锂硼合金的物相和表面形貌变化。结果表明,锂硼合金在250~350℃有放气现象,450℃以上温度下对H2、N2、水汽有很强的吸收能力;不同温度下锂硼合金对 N2、H2的吸收能力与气体在金属锂中的溶解度变化趋势相对应;在氢气和氮气气氛中加热的合金表面分别有疏松的LiH颗粒和致密矿物态Li3N生成。
