输电线路杆塔接地体选材研究

         

摘要

Aiming at solving the common problems of transmission line tower grounding system in actual use like high grounding resistance, serious corrosion, short service life, and high maintenance cost, this study carried on the research related with the selecting material for transmission tower. The electromagnetic properties, corrosion resistance, and dynamic thermal stability of several materials like steel, galvanized steel, copper, copper clad steel and new flexible graphite composite grounding material were studied via a series of experiments. Then the impulse grounding performance of flexible graphite composite grounding material was studied by numerical simulation and experiments. Finally the total life cycle costs of several materials are compared from the one-time input-cost, later maintenance and service life. The results showed that flexible graphite grounding material had weak skin effect and high material utilization, superior corrosion resistance, excellent impulse grounding performance, high dynamic thermal stability, low cost, and long service life and thus can significantly reduce the cost of the grounding engineering. Compared with metallic grounding materials, flexible graphite composite grounding material exhibited distinct advantage in their performance, and had significant technical and economic advantages and excellent engineering application prospects.%为了解决输电线路杆塔接地体在实际运行中常常出现的接地电阻过高、接地体腐蚀严重、使用寿命短、维护成本高等问题,对输电线路杆塔接地体的选材进行了相应的研究.通过试验研究的方法对比分析了钢、镀锌钢、铜、铜包钢和新型柔性石墨复合接地材料的电磁特性、耐腐蚀性能、动热稳定性;通过仿真计算和模拟试验研究了柔性石墨复合接地材料的冲击接地性能;从一次性投入成本、后期维护和使用寿命对几种接地材料的全生命周期成本进行了研究对比.研究结果表明:柔性石墨接地材料趋肤效应弱,材料利用率高,抗腐蚀性能优越;柔性石墨接地材料冲击接地性能优越,具有良好的动热稳定性能;其价格低廉,使用寿命长,能显著地降低接地工程的成本.柔性石墨接地材料相关性能较金属接地材料优势明显,具有显著的技术经济优势和非常良好的工程应用前景.
