一步法黑色磷化膜生长过程研究

         

摘要

In order to study the growth process of one⁃stepblack phosphating film, cyclic voltammetry curves of steel matrix in black phosphating solution in a test, time⁃potential curve, the film growth process and the morphology of the coating under different temperature conditions was observed by scanning electron microscope, analysis of the film weight change with time, the membrane formation mechanism was discussed. The results showed that, in phosphating time and phosphatingtemperature conditions for, black phosphating film crystal number, the crystal size is moderate, the space between the small crystal, the film is dense, uniform, moderate thickness, color black, outstanding film performance, in phosphating time optimum range, using one step method to prepare black phosphating film, reduce the production process, reduce the cost, and the film is excellent. The average filmblack phosphating film weight of 52.7 g/m2 ,the generation of the copper oxide in phosphating film so that a black phosphating film.%为了研究一步法黑色磷化膜的生长过程,测试了钢铁基体在黑色磷化液中的循环伏安曲线及时间电位曲线,利用扫描电镜观察了膜的生长过程及不同温度条件下膜层形貌,分析了膜重随时间的变化,对成膜机理进行了探讨.研究表明:在适宜的磷化时间及磷化温度下,黑色磷化膜晶体数量多,尺寸适中,孔隙小,膜层致密,均匀,厚度适中,色泽乌黑,采用一步法制备黑色磷化膜,可减少生产工序,降低成本,所得膜层性能优异.在适宜的磷化时间内,黑色磷化膜的平均膜重为52.7 g/m2,在磷化膜中生成氧化铜从而使磷化膜成黑色.
