聚光光伏追日系统调节控制策略研究

         

摘要

In order to achieve high-precision tracking of the CPV(concentrating photovoltaic) biaxial sun tracking device,the control strategy was designed.Considering that the real-time tracking may lead to increase in tracking adjustments times and affect the overall performance of the device,a new control strategy was designed in the control system.Firstly,the incident angle and short-circuit current of the concentrator cell module were analyzed and calculated.Secondly,the function relation between the incident angle and the relative coefficient of short-circuit current is fitted,thus the relationship between the relative power generation coefficient and the control time interval was obtained.Then,based on the relative coefficient of power generation,a sub file program that can automatically adjust the relative power coefficient was designed according to the light intensity.Finally,the designed program was validated.Experiments show of that under the condition of strong light,binning model 3-files is suitable,when the light is weaker,the average of 5-files can effectively track.%为了实现对聚光光伏双轴追日装置的高精度追踪对调节控制进行了策略研究;考虑到实时跟踪会导致跟踪调节次数增多而影响装置整体的性能,在控制系统中设计了新的控制策略.首先对聚光电池模组的入射角和短路电流进行分析计算,拟合出入射角和相对短路电流系数之间的函数关系,进而得出相对发电量系数和控制时间间隔的关系,随后根据相对发电量系数,设计出能根据光强自动调剂相对发电量系数的分挡程序;最后对所设计的程序进行验证,试验表明:当光强较强时,均分3挡能够有效地进行追踪;当光线较弱时,均分5挡能够有效地进行追踪.
