航空发动机气压测量设备吹校系统设计

         

摘要

针对航空发动机试车台气压测量管路堵塞和气压测量设备温度漂移导致的气压测量数据失真,以及测量设备检定效率低的问题,开发了基于PLC和触摸屏的气压测量设备吹校系统.该系统搭建了模式切换管路和吹扫管路,并通过对人机界面中工作模式的选择,调用模块化子程序,实现了气压测量设备工作模式的切换、测量管路吹扫、快速零点校准和现场校准的功能.试验结果表明,该套系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,极大地提高了工作效率,具有良好的工程应用价值.%In order to solve the problems of pressure measurement data distortion caused by pipeline blockage and temperature drift of aero engine test bench,as well as the low verification efficiency of measuring equipment,a purge and calibration system based on PLC and touch screen was developed.The mode switching pipeline and the purge pipeline were built.Through the selection of the working mode in the man-machine interface,and calling of the modular subroutine,the switching mode,pipeline purge measurement,quick zero calibration and field calibration functions of the pressure measurement equipment were realized.The test results indicate that the system has high stability and reliability,greatly improves work efficiency,and has good engineering application value.
