基于LabVIEW和DSP的司机控制器测试系统

         

摘要

Driver controller is the high-frequency use of electrical control equipment,repeated use may occur cam contact damage,transmission loosening and other failures,which directly affects the operation of the train.A reliability test and analysis system of driver controller based on LabVIEW and DSP is presented.The position of the handle of the driver controller is precisely controlled by the DSP control servo motor.At the same time,the voltage and level acquisition circuits are designed,and closed data and potentiometer voltage values of the driver controller are obtained.Using LabVIEW host computer,the collected data are solved and processed,the operation of the driver controller is analyzed.Through the effective combination of DSP and LabVIEW,the test system has a visual human-machine interface,which can analyze the reliability of multiple driver controllers at the same time.It provides an effictive solution for the reliability testing and life testing of the driver controller.%司机控制器是高频使用的电气控制设备,多次使用后可能出现凸轮触头损坏,传动机构松动等故障,直接影响整个列车的运行.现提出一种基于LabVIEW和DSP的司机控制器可靠性测试分析系统,通过DSP控制伺服电机对司机控制器手柄位置进行精准的控制,同时设计电压、电平采集电路,得到司机控制器中各挡位闭合数据和电位器电压值.利用LabVIEW上位机,对采集的数据进行解算、处理,分析司机控制器的运行情况.通过DSP和LabVIEW的有效结合,测试系统具有可视化的人机界面,能同时对多台司机控制器进行可靠性测试分析,为司机控制器的可靠性检测与寿命测试提供了高效的解决.方案.
