液体氧化性物质压力检测数据自适应采集研究

         

摘要

As a kind of dangerous chemicals,oxidizing liquid has fire risk.The fire risk classification of oxidizing liquids conduces to ensure their safety through the processes of their production,storage,usage and transportation.Because the samples diversification and a single sampling frequency are difficult to accurately complete pressure measurement through the processes of classification,the adaptive pressure data acquisition and processing system is designed based on "Transport of Dangerous Goods-Manual of Tests and Criteria" published by the United Nations.The system uses FPGA to control the ADC sampling the pressure,and real-time detect the trend between the two adjacent sampling to determine the change rate of the current pressure,and thus adapts the sampling frequency.Experiments show that the system reduces sampling data and improves system efficiency and data transmission efficiency under the premise of ensuring system precision.The method has some practical values in the classification of dangerous chemicals.%液体氧化性物质作为一种危险化学品,具有火灾危险性,为确保其在生产、储存、使用和运输中的安全,对其进行危险性分级具有重要意义.针对分级检测过程中样品多样化以及单一采样频率难以准确完成压力测量的实际问题,以联合国《关于危险货物运输的建议书——试验和标准手册》为基础,设计了自适应的压力数据采集及处理系统.系统使用FPGA控制ADC对压力进行采样,并实时检测相邻两次采样之间的变化趋势以确定当前压力的变化速率,进而自适应调整压力的采样频率.实验显示,系统在保证精度的前提下,能够降低采样数据量,提高系统执行效率和数据传输效率.该方法的使用对危险化学品分级检测具有一定的实用价值.
