基于PCI板卡的PLC测试系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

介绍了PLC测试系统的实现方法.该测试系统硬件使用PC机和工业PCI板卡,用于产生PLC的模拟/数字输入信号和监测PLC的模拟/数字输出信号,测试软件的开发基于Windows平台下的MFC.描述了硬件选型注意事项和测试软件结构,并详细阐述了测试软件中手动测试模块和自动测试模块的设计方法,最后举例说明如何使用基于测试用例集的自动测试来产生测试信号序列.该测试系统可以灵活方便地模拟工业现场的各种信号发生情况,图形化的测试结果形象直观,并具有一定的通用性.%The realization method of PLC test system is introduced.The hardware of the test system uses PC and PCI board to generate analog/digital input signals of PLC and monitor analog/digital output signals of PLC.The software of the test system is developed based on MFC under Windows platform.The caution items in choosing hardware and the structure of the test software are described,the design approaches of manual test module and auto-test module are expatiated in detail,and finally an example about how to use auto-test based on test cases to generate a sequence of test signals is given.This test system can simulate the signals in all sorts of situations on industrial site,the test result with graph is displayed more directly and vividly,which has a certain level of universality.
