提出了一种用于高黏度微小流量换向系统的技术方案.采用快响应两位三通阀实现换向功能,解决高黏度微小流量换向器的挂壁问题.采用双时间法实现换向同步以及流量计脉冲信号的采集,消除测频电路一个脉冲的计数误差,确保测时测频的准确.最后采用JJG 164-2000《液体流量装置检定规程》中规定的换向器检定方法(流量计法)对换向系统进行检定,得出在1~100 L/h流量范围内换向器的相对扩展不确定度为U =0.04%(k=2)的结论,并采用比对实验进行了验证.%A technical solution of diverter system for high viscosity small flow is presented.The two-position three-way valve of fast response which works as diverter is used to avoid wall phenomenon shortcomings of the traditional diverter.Dual-time method is used to achieve diverter synchronization and acquisition of meter pulse signal,and eliminate one pulse counting error of frequency measurement,ensure accurate measurement of time and frequency.Finally a diverter test method of JJG 164-2000 is used to calibrate the diverter system.The conclusion is that the relative expanded uncertainty within 1 ~ 100 L/h flow range is 0.04% (k =2),which is verified by comparison experiment.
