步进电机宽调速多细分控制系统研究

         

摘要

Low-speed resonance and high-speed current distortion are common phenomena for stepper motor. The proposals of step subdivision driving and chopping with all switches in bridges are presented after the research of driving methods of stepper motor. Then a stepper motor control system with wide speed range and step subdivision is designed. The control system, which is based on CPLD, DAC and single-phase bridges, comprises control part, power driving part and protecting part. In the end, the results of experiments are put forward. After the analysis of these results, the presented proposals are proved to be reasonable.%针对步进电机的低速振荡和高速电流畸变现象,研究了步进电机驱动方式,提出了细分驱动和上下桥同时斩波的方法,设计了步进电机驱动系统.系统基于CPLD,结合了D/A转换器和单相全桥变换电路,主要分为控制电路、功率驱动电路、保护电路等,实现了宽调速多细分控制.最后,分别测试了整步和细分时步进电机的低速牵出转矩特性,以及不同斩波方式下的高速电流波形,通过实验结果的对比,验证了分析结果.
