油管腐蚀的一种电磁检测方法

         

摘要

针对目前油水井中在役油管使用状况的检测仪器和方法对油管外壁腐蚀检测的局限性,提出了一种电磁检测方法.该方法采用双极性低频脉冲激励,取代了传统的正弦激励;采用了“时间切片法”对信号做时域分析,通过对油管模拟外壁腐蚀缺陷的检测,取得了良好的效果;对油管壁厚计算值的误差分析表明,计算值与实际值的相对误差较小.试验结果表明,该方法能够检测油管的外壁腐蚀,并能较准确地给出油管剩余壁厚的平均值.%To overcome the shortcomings such as inspection instruments and methods for corrosion on outside wall of tubing which used in oil wells, an electromagnetic inspection method is presented. Dual polarity low-frequency pulse is used to excite the coil instead of transitional sinusoidal signals. A time-domain analysis method called time slicing method is utilized for detected signals processing, good testing results are presented by inspecting for simulateing outside corrosion on tubing. The relative errors between calculated value and the actual value of tubing wall thickness are very small. Experimental results show that corrosion on outside wall of tubing can be detected and the average value of residual wall thickness of tubing can be given more accurately by the method.
