开关磁阻电机(SRM)应用前景看好,结合采油机设计,通过SRM数学模型研究建立了由位置选择模块、电压逆变模块和电机本体模块等,经转速、电流双闭环构成的SRM系统,基于Matlab/Simulink构建了SRM仿真模型.又使用Ansoft/Rmxprt构建相同参数的SRM系统模型并进行分析.两者仿真结果基本一致且符合理论规律和经验数据.采用Matlab/Simulink和Ansoft/Rmxprt的仿真各具特点,可根据需求选择或配合使用进行电机系统及其控制策略的研究、分析和优化.%SRM has better application in the future. Combined with production machine design, simulation model based on SRM mathematical model is built by Matlab/Simulink. This model is made up of several components, such as location selected module, voltage inverter module and the main motor body. Model is closed by speed detection and current detection double-loop. The model in Maxwell/Rmxprt with same parameters is also done as a comparison test. Final simulation testing shows that the results based on Matlab/Simulink and Max-well/Rmxprt are coincident with the experience data and regulations. Both methods reflect the work of SRM correctly and can be selected or used to research, analyze and optimize of machine control strategy.
