The design of a bus data sampling and storing instrument for CPU with 8-bit bus is finished. It can sample from the 51 MCU bus, and draw out four kinds of information as follows: external program codes and code address, data and address of the external data memory, and store it. The SOPC system is constructed based on DEO board provided by Altera company, it links external AT89S52 based system board, LCD with touch panel, SD card, and the bus sampling module carried out in FPGA. The software running on Nios Ⅱ can process sampled data and store it. The test result indicates that the sampled data can be stored on SD card with txt file format, and displayed and researched on LCD simultaneity.%设计了一种8位CPU总线采样记录仪,对51单片机总线进行采样,从中提取如下4种信息并存储:片外程序代码和地址、片外数据存储器的数据和地址.它基于Altera公司提供的DE0开发板,外接AT89S52单片机最小系统,带触摸LCD和SD卡,在FPGA内实现总线采集模块,共同构建了一个SOPC系统,通过在Nios Ⅱ中运行的软件对数据进行存储、处理.测试结果表明,采集的数据可使用TXT文件的格式存放在SD卡上,同时可在液晶屏上显示和查找.
