针对在线测试中模拟信号测试通路分流会对装备工作通路产生影响的问题,研究了测试通道信号隔离的方法,设计了基于复合管射随网络的隔离电路.对射随网络的低频和高频信号模型进行了深入分析,估算了不同条件下的输入阻抗,推导了高频信号条件下输入阻抗的二阶阻尼系统模型.结合实际装备的输入、输出结构对电路隔离效果进行了仿真和实际电路测试,验证了隔离设计的可行性.%Considering the effect on equipment working circuit from the current shunt of analog channel in online test, the insulation method is studied and the insulation circuit based on Darlington emitter follower network is designed. With the analysis of the emitter follower network LF and HF model, the LF and HF input impedance is computed and the second order damping model is deduced. The feasibility of the insulation circuit is verified after the simulation of the circuit and practical experiments, associating the input and output structure of equipment.
