虚拟多核数据采集技术的研究和应用

         

摘要

A new way to widen the dynamic range of DAQ software is proposed, called virtual multiple cores DAQ technology. In this way, one A/D is used to work in scanning to pick the same signal by multiple channels. Secondly, according to a rule software pick twice again from the data which is transformed by the same A/ D. The dynamic range of A/D is widening after three picking. Comparing with multiple cores DAQ technology, this way mainly wides the dynamic range of A/D by software, therefore, it has low cost, easy to change and other advantages; comparing with common DAQ, multiple virtual cores DAQ not only has high picking rate, but also has widely dynamic range. Simulation results show that this theory is feasible. According this theory and u-sing 16 bit A/D, one virtual 3 cores DAQ is given. The test result of noise and dynamic range of this DAQ show that virtual multiple cores DAQ technology also is possible in practical application.%提出了一种主要通过软件来拓宽数据采集仪动态范围的新方法——虚拟多核数据采集技术.本方法利用1个A/D,对同一个输入信号进行多路连续扫描采集;然后由软件按照一定的规则对所采集到的数据再进行2次重采样,达到拓宽动态范围的目的.相比多核数据采集方法,本方法主要由软件来间接提高A/D的分辨率,具有成本低、可修改性强等优点;相比单核数据采集仪,本方法可使采集仪在高采样率工作时也能得到高的分辨率和大的动态范围.实验仿真结果表明本方法理论上是可行的.基于此方法和16位A/D芯片开发出了虚拟3核数据采集仪.其噪声和实际动态范围测试结果表明虚拟多核数据采集技术在实际应用中也是可行的.
