基于PSD的准直激光线位置检测装置设计

         

摘要

直线度检测是保证各类导轨生产质量及安装精度的关键技术之一,也是长度计量技术的重要内容.现有的直线度测量装置一般要求检测装置与导轨间必须是紧密机械配合,且无法实现检测偏移量数据的实时传输.针对以上缺陷设计了一套基于PSD的准直激光线位置检测装置,详细论述了装置的硬件设计原理.装置采用高精度的16位A/D转换器AD7606-4同步采集PSD的4路输出信号,通过ZigBee无线通信模块实时远程传输偏移量.检测装置可自由悬挂在导轨上,通过拟合装置的自由摆动曲线,获得装置自由悬挂时的平衡位置,并求得偏移量.实验表明偏移量误差小于10μm.%Straightness detection is one of the key technologies for the production quality and installation accuracy of all types of lead rail, but also an important dimensional measurement technology. The current straight-ness measuring devices must be connected with the lead rail mechanically and not be real-time transmission detecting data. Because of these, an alignment laser position detector based on PSD is designed. The hardware design of the devices is described in detail, a 16-bit high precise A/D converter AD7606-4 is adopted to acquire four channel signal from PSD, and the detecting data are real-time transmitted by the ZigBee radio communication module. The detector can be suspended on the lead rail freely, and the equilibrium position of the free suspending devices can be acquired by free vibrate curve fitting. Experiments show that the error of the laser position is less than 10μm
