基于加速性能退化试验的IGBT故障预测前端设计

         

摘要

故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术能够实现故障监测、诊断、预测、状态评估及综合决策的功能,能够降低飞行器维修、使用和保障费用,提高飞行器战备完好率、任务成功率以及安全性和可用性.针对航空电子单元故障预测具体实现这一问题,选择航空飞行器中常用的IGBT作为试验对象,采用加速性能退化技术,基于PXI的测控平台,研究IGBT故障预测试验加速性能退化试验技术,分析性能退化曲线,为IGBT加速寿命试验的实现奠定基础.%Prognostics and health management (PHM) technology can realize the functions of fault detection, diagnosis, prediction, state assessment and integrated decision-making. Meanwhile, it can reduce the costs of vehicle maintenance, use and security, and improve the aircraft readiness rates, task success rate as well as safety and availability. The method that the realization of the fault prediction of avionics product is mainly focused on, the experiment is being executed, which chooses IGBT as test object, adopts the technology of the accelerated performance degradation, and combines with PXI-based monitoring platform. On the basis of the experiment data, the accelerated performance degradation curve is obtained and analyzed, the result of which will pave the way for the realization of the IGBT accelerated life experiment.
