针对雷达基站的一些特殊环境限制及信息安全性的要求,提出一种基于公共电话网(PSTN)的远程故障诊断专家系统.将故障诊断技术与专家系统相结合,通过调制解调器(modem)拨号建立外场维修与基地维修之间的连接,实现快速、有效的故障诊断.公共电话网进行信息传输,满足了军用设备对信息安全性的要求.该系统已经成功应用于某军用雷达板级诊断专家系统,并取得很好的效果.%In view of the demand of the information security and the special environment restrictions of radar base, a remote fault diagnosis expert system based on the public switched telephone network ( PSTN) is pro posed. This system combines fault diagnosis technique and expert system to achieve a quick and effective fault diagnosis via creating a dial-up connection between on-site maintenance and outfield maintenance. This system meets the requirement of information security of military equipment via transmitting the information by the PSTN, and it has been applied well to a military radar board fault diagnosis expert system.
