机载座舱面板控制模块通用测试系统设计

         

摘要

目前,机载座舱面板控制模块生产维修测试中主要依靠手动测试、整机联调测试,这些测试方法使系统测试繁琐,不具备通用性,且费用高.研究了一种基于PXI主控计算机的通用测试系统,主要探讨了系统设计、系统管理、硬件开发、软件开发,以及系统的信息流管理.在工程应用中证明,本通用测试系统能完成各系列座舱面板控制模块的综合测试,并给出测试结论以及故障诊断结果,很好地满足了各项设计要求,明显提高了机载面板控制模块的测试效率以及维修水平.%Currently, the production, maintenance, and tests of airborne cockpit panel control module relies mainly on manual tests and the whole system tests, which causes some problems, such as high cost and lack of universality. Some researches are conducted into the universal test system of a PXI-based host computer, focu sing on the system design, system management, hardware development, software development, and system infor mation flow management. Engineering applications show that the universal test system can complete a series of comprehensive cockpit panel control module tests and fault diagnosis, and that the test results can satisfy the design requirements of the test system, and significantly improve airborne panel test efficiency and maintenance level.
