基于CPLD的220kV主变电机集群数据采集系统设计

         

摘要

针对目前220 kV及以上变电站的主电力变压器冷却系统,提出一种油泵风机电机集群实时数据采集方法,系统硬件采用了以CPLD为主控单元的数据采集与处理电路,在CPLD软件模块中设计了多重数字滤波模块、逻辑分析与故障定位模块、状态识别和状态输出模块.系统已应用于电力系统220 kV主电力变压器冷却控制,运行结果表明,系统实现了主变电机集群工作参数的实时采集,并且能够在强电磁场环境下连续可靠的工作.%For the 220 kV substation main power transformer cooling system, a method of fan motor and oil pump cluster real time data acquisition is presented. A CPLD (complex programmable logic device) is used as the main control unit of the data acquisition and processing circuit. Software modules of multiple digital filter module, logical analysis and fault location module, state identification and state output modules are designed in the CPLD. The system has been applied to power system 220 kV transformer cooling control. The result shows that the system achieves the motor cluster operating parameters real-time acquisition, and can work continuous ly and reliably under a strong electromagnetic field.
