The calibration technology and the hardware and software implementations are discussed when utilizing the virtual instruments technology, instrument resource as well as computers to construct an aeronautic testing equipment. Meanwhile, applying the universal hardware structure and software hierarchy, how to achieve the universality and growth of the test equipment are studied. In addition, the independence between the TSP program and the system software and hardware with test behavior description language is realized. At last, how to solve device' s problems in reliability and traceability with current detection of calibration system is probed. Undoubtedly, the achievement has great significance in the upgrade of detecting systems, the expanding of new airborne test equipment as well as the extending of the device life cycle.%研究了应用计算机、仪器资源和虚拟仪器技术构建航空测试设备的软硬件实现方法和校准技术,并讨论了采用通用硬件结构和软件层次,实现测试设备的通用性和可成长性;采用测试行为描述语言实现TSP程序的可移植性的方案.最后讨论了如何利用现有检测标定体系来解决设备在可靠性和可追溯性等方面面临的问题.对检测系统的升级换代和扩展检测新型机载设备,以及延长设备的生命周期具有重要意义.
