This paper introduced a new process of TOFD technology for unequal thickness butt weld, and introduced the calculation method of top blind area and bottom blind area,analyzed the depth deviation. introduced the project instance achievement,and provided some improvement measures and suggestions.%针对不等厚对接接头TOFD检测，结合标准提出一种检测方案，对该检测方案的上、下表面盲区的计算方法进行介绍，分析了该方案的深度定位误差，对工程检测效果进行了介绍，且提出了一些改进措施及建议。
