高转矩密度、强抗冲击性和低噪声已经成为舰船用推进电机三大特征,以某推进电机的端盖结构为分析研究对象,以有限元数值仿真分析为手段,分析了该结构在受到冲击时的反应及随材料属性变化的规律变化规律。同时以此为基础,在保证推进电机的抗冲击性能的约束前提条件下,以提高电机的转矩密度为目标,建立了相应的数学模型和参数化的有限元模型,对该结构进行了设计优化,为实际工程设计了奠定基础。%The characteristics of impelling motor include high torque density, strong shock resistance and low noise. In this paper, the structure of a cover on an impelling motor is simulated by the finite element method. When the cover is shocked, its response and the change law accompanied with the material attribute are analyzed. In order to improve the torque density,the finite element model is set up in the constraint condition of shock resistance and the structure design is optimized,which are the basis of practical engineering design.
