Analyzed the working principle of automatic plastic sheet center winder, designed the automatic plastic sheet center winder mechanical structure,developed automatic plastic sheet center winder prototype,and conduced continuous experiment. The experimental results show that the winder is running well,the automatically wrap roll changing is smooth,the atomaticity is high,and various performance indicators meet the design requirements.% 分析了全自动塑料片材中心收卷机的工作原理，设计了全自动塑料片材中心收卷机的机械结构，研制了全自动塑料片材中心收卷机的样机，连续进行了实验，实验结果表明，该机运行良好、自动换卷顺利、自动化程度高。各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。
