首先分析了模具的主要生产制造过程，然后重点分析了知识密集的过程节点，以及这些节点的知识需求要点，在此基础上构建了面向模具生产制造过程的知识需求模型，为模具企业将知识与生产制造过程的融合奠定了基础，并在此基础上开发了一套应用于模具企业的知识管理系统。%This paper first analyzed the main mold manufacturing process, and then analyzed the work nodes with much knowledge, and then analyzed the main point of knowledge demand in these nodes. And this paper built the knowledge demand modeling oriented to mold manufacturing process on the basis of the analysis before. All of these works laid a solid foundation for the fusing between the mold knowledge and manufacturing process and develop a knowledge management system apply to mold enterprise.
