This paper introduces one type of marine compact VAV box for cabin and its fuzzy PID temperature control. The method of design, simulation and test for control system are described in detail. According to experimental results, the paper confirms that good control effect can be achieved and the risk will be reduced efficiently by using this technology in the marine VAV air-conditioning system.%介绍了一种舱室紧凑型变风量末端装置及其模糊PID温度控制技术，描述了控制系统的设计、仿真和试验方法。根据试验结果，显示该技术将有效地降低变风量空调在实船应用中的风险并取得理想的效果。
