Equalizer is one of assembly of the driving connecting rod in the four-bar linkage of pumping unit. It takes much time to manufacture them, and quality assurance is not easy. This paper optimizes the structure of equalizer, and provides tooling to ensure quality and production efficiency.%横梁是抽油机四杆机构中驱动杆的组成之一,在其制作过程存在加工费时,且质量不易保证.文中结合实际,对横梁结构进行优化,并配套工装,保证了抽油机横梁制造质量,提高了生产效率.
