以注塑模具中的带肩推杆模型为基础,结合其结构特点和零件的尺寸多样化,研究了如何结合参数化建模的方法和MATLAB编程的思想,解决建模过程中零件尺寸微小变化和零件的可修改性的问题,提高了建模人员的设计效率.应用Excel、MATLAB和CATIA V5R20等软件,实现了注塑模具的带肩推杆零件库的参数化设计,达到了改变基本参数就可以得到相应的三维模型的驱动化设计.%Based on the shouldered ejector pin model of injection molds, this paper studies how to combine parametric modeling methods with MATLAB programming to achieve small changes in part size and modifiability of parts during the modeling process according to its structural characteristics and dimensional diversification of parts. The design efficiency of the modeler is improved. Using Excel, MATLAB and CATIA V5 R20 software, the parameterized design of the shouldered ejector pin parts library of the injection mold is realized. After changing the basic parameters, the corresponding 3 D model can be driven.
