针对吊具起吊过程中被吊物调平时存在的调平时间长和调平精度依赖于操作经验等问题,应用嵌入式技术,设计了基于STM32微控制器的吊具水平起吊控制系统。控制系统实现了吊具起吊过程中的自动调平、提取定位和手动调整等功能。经实验测试验证,该控制系统的自动调平精度能达到±0.1°。%To the problems of long adjustment time and low leveling accuracy in level adjustment of hanging objects in the process of spreader lifting ,the embedded technology is applied to the design of spreader level lifting control system based on STM 32 microcontroller , realizing automatic leveling ,extracting position ,manual adjustment and other functions in the process of spreader lifting .The leveling strategy is verified by experimental tests ,and the system leveling precision can reach ± 0 .1° .
