The solid model of a roadheader spindel was set up by use of 3D modeling software UG ,and the modal analysis of the spin-del was conducted by ANSYS ,the first 6 order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the spindle were obtained .The harmonic response analysis was carried out ,and the vibration displacement response of the sprindle under different frequency excitation were got .%介绍了掘进机截割主轴振动分析的必要性。根据模态分析理论,应用UG三维建模软件建立主轴实体模型,应用ANSYS软件对主轴进行模态分析,得到了主轴前6阶固有频率和振型;根据模态分析结果进行谐响应分析,得到了在不同频率激励下主轴的位移响应。
