小波新阈值法在振动信号去噪中的应用研究

         

摘要

针对传统的软、硬阈值函数去噪方法的缺陷,提出了一种基于小波的新阈值函数去噪算法,运用该方法对风力发电机齿轮箱的振动信号进行分析,排除振动信号中的噪声干扰,准确地提取故障信息。通过实验分析,对比了新阈值函数和传统软、硬阈值函数的去噪效果,证实新阈值函数在去除高斯白噪声方面表现出了良好的特性,重构信号更贴近真实信号,为风力发电机齿轮箱的故障诊断奠定基础。%For the defects of traditional soft and hard threshold denoising methods ,a new threshold denoising algorithm based on wavelet function is proposed .The wind turbine gearbox vibration signal is analyzed to remove noise from vibration signal ,accurately extract fault information by using this method .The experiments prove that the denoising effect of the new threshold function in terms of Gaussian white noise removal is better than that by the traditional hard and soft threshold functions ,which improves the signal to noise ratio and reduces the root mean square error and lays the foundation for fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearboxes .
