This paper analyzes the deformation monitoring device principle ,structure of cracks and the machining process ,which is to establish the calibration platform deformation monitoring device ,design and construction level directly determine and influ‐ence the crack monitoring device of precision and quality ,so as to ensure the reliable of product use and vitality .%通过对裂缝变形监测装置原理、结构及加工工序的分析，建立了变形监测装置标定平台，设计和建造水准直接决定和影响着裂缝监测装置的精度和质量，从而保证产品的可靠使用和生命力。
