Objective:to study the blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy people in terms of serum protein expression differences.Methods:8 patients with coronary heart disease,blood stasis and eight healthy people as the research object of this experiment,the analysis of two groups of patients with serum protein differences.Results:the coronary heart disease (CHD)patients and healthy people of blood stasis syndrome differ 12 point of protein.Conclusion:blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease related proteins are mainly concentrated on lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction,and found that the yellow alcohol has further research value binding protein 4.%目的：研究冠心病瘀血证患者与健康人在血清蛋白质表达方面存在的差异。方法：选取8例冠心病血瘀证患者以及8名健康人士作为本次实验的研究对象，分析两组患者血清蛋白质存在的差异。结果：冠心病血瘀证患者与健康人士相差12个蛋白质点。结论：冠心病血瘀证患者的相关蛋白主要集中在脂质代谢与炎症反应方面，并且发现了具有进一步研究价值的黄醇结合蛋白4。
