通过对我院电子病历系统集成应用流程分析，设计结构化的电子病历及程序架构，不但统一了病人相关临床数据，实现了临床信息资源的整合与互通，还优化了临床工作模式，提高了工作效率，同时也是从管理型电子病历提升到医疗质量管理规范化迈进了一大步。%Through the analysis of the integrated application process of electronic medical record system in our hospital , the design of structured electronic medical record and the program structure , not only unified the related clinical data of the patient , realize the inte-gration and exchange of clinical information resources , but also optimize the clinical work mode , improve work efficiency , but also from the management of electronic medical records to standardize the quality management of medical represents a major step forward .
