Objective To explore the preoperative vaginal abortion placed the clinical effect of misoprostol for cervical dilation.Methods Choose to I voluntary termination request line abortion healthy women and 76 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 38 cases,control group routine painless induced abortion operation,observation group 2 h before surgery placing misoprostol 200 ug in vaginal fornix after place,operation method and the control group.Results The observation group,all the indicators is better than that of control group,comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference ( <0.05).Conclusion Abortion preoperative vaginal misoprostol can effectively expand the placement,and soften the cervix,significantly shorten the operation time,less blood loss increase operation safety,is worth further popularization and application.%目的：探讨人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇对宫颈扩张的临床效果。方法选择来我站自愿要求行人工流产终止妊娠的健康妇女76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例，对照组行常规无痛人工流产术，观察组在术前2 h将米索前列醇200 ug放置于阴道后穹窿处，手术方式同对照组。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇可有效扩张和软化宫颈，明显缩短手术时间，减少出血量增加手术安全性，值得进一步推广应用。
