Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing care on the patients with perculaneous transluminalcoronary angioplasty and stenting. Methods 280 patients with PTCA in March 2011~April 2015 were selected as theresearch objects.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the postoperative complications,comfort and satisfaction degree (all P<0.05).Concliusion Comfort nursing care can reduce the postoperative complications of the patients with PTCA and stenting and increase patients′comfort,atisfaction degree and reduce complications.%目的：探讨研究舒适护理应用于经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入术中的效果。方法选取2011年3月~2015年4月的280例PTCA&Stent的患者。结果观察组患者的舒适度、满意度明显高于对照组；并发症发生情况较对照组少，且P＜0.05，差异具有统计学的意义。结论舒适护理应用于皮冠状动脉腔内成形术加支架植入术中，有利于提高患者的舒适度和满意度，减少并发症的发生。
