Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traumatic tibial plateau fractures with open reduction and internal fixation. Methods June 2012~November 2015 in our hospital traumatic tibial plateau fracture 72 patients for the study, according to the different treatment methods are divided into the reference group and the observation group, reference group of 36 patients were treated with common anatomical plate fixation surgical treatment, observation group of 36 patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation for treatment, two groups were compared knee function recovery. Results The excellent rate was 94.4% and 69.4% excellent and good rate reference group statistics, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traumatic tibial plateau fracture fixation effect reduction and cut exactly, can significantly improve knee function in patients, is worthy of choice and universal.%目的：观察外伤致胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月~2015年11月我院收治的外伤致胫骨平台骨折患者72例作为研究对象，按照不同治疗方法分为参照组和观察组，参照组36例患者采用普通解剖钢板固定术治疗，观察组36例患者采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗，比较两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组优良率为94.4%，与参照组优良率69.4%进行统计比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论外伤致胫骨平台骨折切开复位内固定术疗效确切，可显著改善患者膝关节功能，值得临床选择和全面普及。
