目的：评价碧兰麻在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床疗效。方法选择牙髓病患者152例，按使用麻醉剂的不同将患者随机分为使用利多卡因麻醉的对照组和使用碧兰麻麻醉的实验组，每组76例。结果实验组的麻醉起效时间显著快于对照组。实验组的麻醉总有效率为93.42%，显著高于对照组的总有效率78.95%。结论使用碧兰麻麻醉进行牙体牙髓病的治疗起效时间快，麻醉效果好。%Objective To evaluate the clinical anesthesia efficacy of primacaine in treatment of dento-pulpitis patients. Methods 152 cases of tooth pulp disease are divided into control groups and experimental group,each of the two groups has 76 cases.Observation group was treated with the primacaine anesthesia treatment.Results The work time of primacaine is shorter than lidocaine.Total effective rate of primacaine is remarkable better than lidocaine.Conclusion The clinical anesthesia efficacy of primacaine in treatment of dento-pulpitis patients is remarkable.
